During this week, we are working intensively to help all MotionInput teams get on board with the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) and resolve any bugs that arise during the process. This involves providing support to teams who may be struggling to adopt the MFC and assisting them with any issues that arise. Our goal is to ensure that all teams are able to use the MFC effectively, which will help to streamline the development process and increase collaboration between teams.

In addition to our work with the teams, we are also helping our client to connect people between teams to speed up the development process and improve collaboration. This involves identifying individuals with the necessary skills and expertise and bringing them together to work on specific aspects of the project. This approach helps to ensure that everyone is working efficiently and effectively towards the common goal of completing the project on time and to the required standard.

Moreover, we have resumed working with the MotionInput lead architect, Alex Clarke, to deliver FacialNavigation. Our focus is not only on fixing bugs and making improvements to the FacialNavigation code but also on researching MediaPipe migration plans. The migration plan will help to enhance the MotionInput codebase's camera-related functionality, which will be critical to the success of the project. Our goal is to ensure that all features are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our users.
